Returns on customized items for reasons other than Street Case error such as
3.1) I changed my mind,
3.2) I don’t want it anymore,
3.3) The colour is different from the website.
3.4) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items
3.5) I don’t like the material
Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only within one month of its receipt. All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request within 7 working days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
When returning products, ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
